Welcome to Palzi.org. By using the Palzi Platform (collectively, the “Palzi Platform”, which includes our software, services, and applications), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Palzi Platform.
Payment for a premium subscription grants the user unlimited access to the chatbot as intended by an individual child. If we suspect that the usage exceeds what is reasonable for a single child or if it deviates from intended use, Palzi.org reserves the right to revoke or downgrade the user’s access.
We use all reasonable methods to keep children’s data safe. However, please note that this website is still in development and does not yet meet the security standards required for school usage. Accounts for children must be created by a parent or guardian.
The AI utilized by the Palzi Platform is powered by the OpenAI API. Users are expected to review OpenAI’s terms of service and privacy policy to understand how they handle personal information. Furthermore, premium account management is handled through Stripe. Please use their portal to manage your subscription, including cancellations or changes.
We do not sell any data. This policy remains in effect even if Palzi.org is acquired by another entity. We will communicate with you using the email address provided during sign-up.
